Delivery & Returns

TURNAROUND We make every attempt to ship within 3 business days, but most of the time we ship in-stock items the next business day following the day you placed your order. CARRIERS We ship all items through USPS. ORDER TRACKING If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. SHIPPING RATES The rate charged for shipping your order is based on total weight of your products, shipping method, and shipping address. To help defray our costs we also add a $1.25 handling fee to each order. RETURNS/EXCHANGES Unless defective, items sold in the store cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. For defective items, please email us at store@projectlinus.org for more information.

Payment Info

GENERAL PUBLIC We accept all major credit and debit cards, Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment method will be charged when you place your order. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason your payment will be refunded. CHAPTER COORDINATORS A Chapter Coordinator can use any of the above-mentioned payment methods or Chapter Funds (subject to verification).
