Delivery & Returns
We make every attempt to ship within 3 business days, but most of the time we ship in-stock items the next business day following the day you placed your order.
We ship all items through USPS.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on total weight of your products, shipping method, and shipping address. To help defray our costs we also add a $1.25 handling fee to each order.
Unless defective, items sold in the store cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. For defective items, please email us at email@example.com for more information.
We accept PayPal which includes payment by Discover, American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. Additionally if you have linked your PayPal account to your bank account or you have PayPal Credit you may pay by those methods as well. You can logon to PayPal using your own account, or simply choose the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option on the PayPal portal if you don’t have an account. Your payment method will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your payment will be refunded.
A chapter coordinator can use PayPal or chapter funds.
