Certificate of Appreciation

Quality appreciation certificates you can give anyone in your chapter who helps you fulfill our mission. Each full color certificate is printed on quality paper with space for the recipient’s name, and hand signed by our national president. There is also space for you to sign and date each certificate.

1. You can order these with the recipient’s name area blank, or we can print names for you. If you do wish us to print names then please type the name of each person to whom you wish to give a certificate in the “Recipient Name(s)” box below. Important! Please separate each person by a semicolon; do NOT enter as one person per line. As an example, if you wanted to order three certificates for three individuals you would enter each name like this:

2. If you do want recipient names printed, be sure the quantity of certificates you request in the shopping cart and the number of names you list match; we will only print the number of certificates you request regardless of the number of names you type.
3. Certificates are shipped in photo mailers to alleviate being bent during shipment.
