Name Tag

Name tag printed on both sides that includes a title, participant’s name, and your chapter name. Please refer to “How to Order” and “Question and Answer” sections below for additional important ordering details.

How To Order

1. Select the “Title” you wish each name tag to display.
2. Type each name to be placed on a name tag in the “Participant Name(s)” area. If you are ordering tags for more than one person for the selected title, then type each name on its own line.
3. Type the name of your Chapter as you wish it to appear on each ordered name tag.
4. Click the “Add to Bag” button to add your name tag order to your cart.
5. Important! Ensure the “Quantity” in your Shopping Cart for item “Name Tag” reflects the actual number of tags you wish to order for the selected title. Once you have entered the quantity be sure to also click the “Update Totals” link. Failure to correctly update the quantity when more than one name tag is desired will result in your receiving fewer tags than what you ordered.

• Q: How do I order name tags for more than one title (ex. Chapter Coordinator, Chapter Assistant, Blanketeer, Volunteer) in the same store order?
  A: Order tag(s) for one title and add to your cart. Go back and order tag(s) again for the next desired title and add them to your cart.
